Grand Oak Villa is our executive 5 bedroom , 5 bathroom  home providing both luxurious and spacious vacation accommodation with over 3800 square foot of flexible living accommodation spread over 2 levels.

It has a secluded south facing pool ensuing complete privacy, a games room and fabulous uninterrupted views over a natural pond and conservation wetland areas.

The Villa is elegantly furnished to a high standard. It has 3 master suites, (2 King and 1 Queen), 2 further twin bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy for guests. There is additional flexible accommodation should this be required.

We also have an elegant dining and formal living room in addition to the comfortable family room, a spacious well equipped kitchen and sunny breakfast nook.

The oversized South facing pool and lanai are real features of the property. You can enjoy the far reaching and spectacular views over the nature reserve whilst cooling off in the pool or relaxing on one of the comfortable cushioned poolside loungers in the fabulous Floridian sunshine.

We also have a fully equipped games room which has been converted from the three car garage.
